Mulumba named Panther Co-Athlete of the Week for November 11-17
Joyce Mulumba, a 6' sophomore from Patterson HS, totaled 26 points and 34 rebounds as the Panthers split two games. She recorded her second 19-rebound game in City's overtime win over Las Positas. She is the first Panther to grab 19+ rebounds in a game since December 2018.
