Delta beats Sac City 3-1 as the Panthers finish in 2nd place in the Big 8
Nor-Cal Regional I Playoffs begin next Tuesday, November 22nd
The Sacramento City Panthers finished up Big 8 play with a loss to San Joaquin Delta Mustangs 3-1 (25-15, 27-29, 27-25, 25-18). The Panthers So OH (#10) Keeley Franz had 16 kills with 14 digs and 48 total attacks. So OH (#4) Sam Kepler had 16 digs with 14 kills with 44 total attacks. So S (#5) Kassidy Rauh led the team with 46 assists, 11 digs and 10 total attacks. So LB (#3) Halee Parnell led the team with 17 digs and So OH (#2) AJ Woo had 9 kills with 29 total attacks.
Congratulations to the Panthers on their season as they look forward to a successful playoff run! The Panthers finished their regular season second in the Big 8 with an overall record of 21-3 & a 13-3 record in the Big 8. #6 Sac City (21-3) starts its CA State Playoffs run Tuesday, November 22nd in North Gym against #11 Butte Roadrunners (18-9) at 7 PM.
